Descripción del Puesto de Trabajador Estacional de Cherry Line

Tipo de trabajo: Estacional (tentativamente comienza en Mayo)

 

 

Resumen del Trabajo: como trabajador estacional de la línea de cerezas, desempeñará un papel vital en nuestras operaciones de procesamiento de cerezas durante la temporada de cosecha. Usted será responsable de clasificar, empacar y preparar las cerezas para su envío, garantizando que las cerezas de la más alta calidad lleguen a nuestros clientes. Este rol trepidante y físicamente exigente requiere atención a los detalles, trabajo en equipo y una actitud positiva para cumplir los objetivos de producción y mantener nuestro compromiso de entregar productos superiores.

 

 

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Clasifique y califique las cerezas según el tamaño, el color y los estándares de calidad.

  • Empaque las cerezas en contenedores o cajas para su distribución, asegurando un manejo adecuado para evitar daños.

  • Inspeccione las cerezas en busca de defectos, eliminando las dañadas o inadecuadas para mantener el control de calidad.

  • Limpiar y mantener estaciones de trabajo, maquinaria y equipos para garantizar un entorno de trabajo sanitario y seguro.

  • Cumpla con todas las pautas y procedimientos de seguridad para prevenir accidentes y lesiones durante el proceso de trabajo.

  • Colaborar con los miembros del equipo y los supervisores para lograr los objetivos de producción diarios de manera eficiente.

  • Comunique cualquier problema con la calidad de la cereza, mal funcionamiento del equipo o inquietudes de seguridad al supervisor de inmediato.

  • Trabajar de manera oportuna y eficiente para cumplir con los objetivos de producción y mantener altos estándares de calidad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift to transport cherry containers between loading and unloading areas.
